I have known Rodney McCart for many years. He is a man of integrity. So when I was ready to build my home, I knew who I was going to choose. At the time, I had not met Patrick Allen, who was in charge and supervised the whole build. I did know when I met him for the first that he was very likable, and my soul was at peace.
I could not have had a more pleasurable building experience. From start to finish, Patrick was there helping me make decisions. He orchestrated the timing of everything like a fine symphony, thinking ahead and anticipating future needs to even purchase materials early to avoid me having to pay more when he knew those materials were going to increase in price. Patrick has in-depth knowledge and wisdom of the entire building process. He is transparent, always available, and honestly one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. His subcontractors respect him and will bend over backward to make sure he and the owner are satisfied with their work. Patrick takes pride in his work, something uncommonly found these days, and his greatest achievement is his desire to make sure his client is totally satisfied and that he made the process not only painless but actually a joy.
Then there is Stephanie, who will guide you and help you make decisions about your finishes. She will help you decide about paint colors, tile, flooring, and countertops. She is a wealth of information, talented, and has a keen eye for good taste and design. I never regretted going with Stephanie's advice.
My house is amazing. Everyone who sees it for the first time goes on and on about how beautiful it is. I am so proud of my house and home. I think God every day for this amazing blessing and for Alcovy Builders.
